It seems that very soon we will know who has won the contract for the production of Long Range Strike-Bomber - a new generation bomber for the US Air Force.
Particularly intriguing is not - this is a Northrop-Grumman, a Boeing-Lockheed. The winner is likely to be the only American manufacturer of bombers in the XXI century. The new bomber will also be the last manned aircraft of this class in the United States.
It is expected that the LRS-B is B-2 is less and less wear combat load. In fact, the platform will be created on the basis of which will be a whole family of combat aircraft for different purposes.

Apparently, the project LRS-B enters the final stage, the prototypes have already been built and tested.
On the basis of the US Air Force Edvads in Zone 51, almost at the very end of the runway it was built a new hangar, and the eastern part of the base was liberated from strategic bombers stationed there.
In the skies over Texas and Kansas have been repeatedly observed unidentified flying aircraft.
